Former Tesco buyer wins Women in Sales 2022 award
Karen Green, aka The Food Mentor and leading retail expert, has been recognized for her hard work and client successes with the Women's Business Awards accolade of Women in Sales 2022 award winner.
The standout difference of these business awards is that they are judged both by a panel of experts alongside a public vote. The public are invited to give a brief overview of why their nominee deserves the recognition. This is then shared with the winner.

Coming from a major retailer buyer background (formerly at Boots and Tesco), she crossed over to selling and, using this insider knowledge, excels in helping her clients.
This year, her client successes include winning new business for clients in retailers as diverse as WH Smith, Coopand Holland & Barrett and created her own new record of gaining a listing in 7 days from first buyer contact to sealing the deal!
She is currently writing her second book: Buyer-ology. Know your buyer and sell more and sell better which will be launched at International Food Expo at Excel 2022 in March 2023, where she will also hosting a panel on growing brands through collaboration.
