Business Consultant in High Demand at Top European Events

 

Mark Bouch, managing director of Leading Change, the London-based consultancy with proven expertise in strategy execution, is to judge, educate and deliver keynote talks at top business events.

 

With all events taking place this November, Bouch is one of the acclaimed judges for the 2019 UK Business Awards (UKBA). He's due to speak at Connect London 2019, and has been invited to be the keynote speaker at a Global Catering Technology Summit held in Germany.

 

Bouch said "I'm honoured and privileged to play such an important role at each of these events; their reputation precedes them. I'm returning as a judge for the second year for the UKBA and this year the entries are of a very high standard. I'm delighted to be keynote for Connect London 2019 and the Global Catering Technology Summit and look forward to sharing my insight to industry leaders.

 

The UK Business Awards are dedicated to rewarding individuals and organisations who have demonstrated exceptional business performance. Bouch has been selected to chair the judging panel for UK Business Team of the Year. This is a prestigious award for exceptional teamwork; something Bouch is passionate about.

 

Judges are selected based on their experience and qualification. The UKBA is now in its fourth year and has 18 categories across B2B and B2C contexts, recognising both SMEs and large organisations for their inspiring business innovations. The UK Business Awards 2019 honours the organisations, teams and individuals who are shaping the future of business.

 

Winners will be announced at a glamorous ceremony at the Park Plaza London Riverbank on Friday 8 November 2019.

 

Connect London, taking place at the iconic St. Ermin's Hotel Westminster on 22 November 2019, will see Bouch speak about the how technological advancement will change the workplace and leadership will have to adapt to serve a useful purpose. This keynote, titled ‘Will robots replace leaders?', explores the impact that AI/automation will have on leadership as we know it, explore some contemporary challenges for leaders and whether leadership principles need to adapt to the future we face. Bouch will outline how dependence on unique human qualities will reinforce the enduring value of leadership in the information age.

 

Now in its 9th year, the Connect London Summit has become the biannual networking event for the people development world and will be attended by some of the UK's leading organisations.

 

The Global Catering Technology Summit is hosted by Rational AG, a global leader in supply of commercial cooking equipment to the contracted foodservice segment. The event takes place 13-15 November 2019 in Landsberg am Lech (Bavaria, Germany), where Bouch will present the keynote speech on change. Titled "Who moved my cheese", the keynote will focus on technology implementation in traditional industries using dynamic change leadership. This will focus on the challenges of delivering technology change and effective strategy implementation. Bouch will also facilitate an interactive workshop on change delivery on day three of the conference to help selected delegates plan how to deliver themes from the summit.

 

Bouch is a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (InstituteLM).
