The Whitewed Directory comes to Cardiff
The Whitewed Directory comes to Cardiff

The Whitewed Directory, the ultimate guide to vetted and approved wedding suppliers, has announced its first ever wedding show in Cardiff.

The move follows the company’s recent expansion of its directory to take in the M4 corridor. Previously covering Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, the listings service now also includes Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Bristol and South Wales.

Since this expansion, The Whitewed Directory has fast become a recognised brand of quality within the South West of the country. The directory has gained more than 70 new suppliers since the beginning of the year, and now has over 170 approved members.

Following this success, it comes as no surprise that the reputable wedding show organiser has recently secured a booking with the premium St David’s Hotel in Cardiff.

The wedding show at the exclusive five-star Principal St David’s Hotel in the Welsh capital’s Havannah Street, will take place between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm on Sunday 10 February next year – for a romantic occasion that’s just four days before St Valentine’s Day!

The show will feature an 'Inspiration Zone', live music, and the pick of the finest local wedding suppliers from florists to photographers and cake bakers.

Natalie Lovett, founder and managing director of The Whitewed Directory, said: “We can’t wait to bring a Whitewed organised wedding show to this incredible Cardiff venue. It will give engaged couples in the area the chance to view this exceptional venue, think about their weddings and chat to suppliers in a relaxed yet elegant environment.”

The Roald Dahl suite has its own entrance and room for up to 160 day guests. For larger weddings, the Dylan Thomas suite hosts up to 220 guests for a wedding breakfast with a private balcony. Meanwhile, the glorious Penarth Terrace is an exquisite outdoor spot with a panoramic vista.

Add in luxury bedrooms, delicious wedding menus full of inspired dishes made from fresh, and the hotel’s experienced wedding team and you have all the key ingredients for a dream wedding.
