Storm Eunice Met Office Red Warning - Follow-up on Cardiff Council services impact

Parks

Bute Park, Roath Park, Parc Cefn Onn, Victoria Park and Thomson Park will all be closed and locked tonight. They will reopen once Storm Eunice has passed

 

Cemeteries

Northern Cemetery, Cathays Cemetery and Pantmawr Cemetery will be closed tomorrow. This will be reviewed at lunch time to see if they can reopen.

All scheduled funerals at other sites and cremations at Thornhill will go ahead as planned, but attendees should check with the funeral director for any updates.

 

Hubs and Libraries

All hubs and libraries in the city will be closed tomorrow. There will be no face-to-face services for Into Work Advice, Money Advice, Housing Support etc. Our teams will still be available to call on the Adviceline 029 2087 1071 and email:advicehub@cardiff.gov.uk

 

Cardiff Riding School

Closed all day tomorrow

 

Cardiff International White Water

Closed all day tomorrow

 

Trade Waste

No collections tomorrow. Crews will be working through the weekend to catch-up.
