Castles’ Mark Noble elected Chapter President at Read BNI

Mark Noble, managing director of Castles Residential Sales and Lettings, is the new Chapter President at Read BNI, part of the world's largest referral organisation.

Mark was elected to the role in February 2016 after being nominated by many of his fellow members. He officially took the reins in April 2016.

BNI has over 185,000 members in over 60 countries worldwide. The Read Chapter has referred £791,853 worth of business in the past 12 months to its 31 members. During this period, Mark held the important position of Membership Co-ordinator for the Chapter.

As President, he will help Read BNI surpass the £1 million mark in referred business.

BNI members, on average, increase their business by 20 per cent in their first year. The Read Chapter is a dynamic, committed group of business people who know how to refer business to each other.

Looking forward to his presidency, Mark said: “I’m really delighted to have been elected to lead this dynamic group. BNI has helped me grow Castles quickly and effectively and it’s great to network with likeminded and driven individuals.”

Fellow BNI member, Francis George of Francis George Solicitor Advocate, said: “Mark is the right person for this role and I congratulate him on becoming president. BNI has helped my business no end with trusted and genuine referrals – and I know it will continue to grow under Mark’s leadership.”

Other members of the new leadership team at Read BNI are Jeremy Morcumb of Mortgage Advice Bureau who becomes Vice President and Sam Binstead of Chilvester Financial Planners who becomes Secretary/Treasurer.

With 230 customer reviews on allAgents.co.uk, Castles enjoys an overall customer rating of 4.8 out of 5. The business is ranked 98 out of 14,601 UK estate agents on the site as of 7 April 2016.

It was handpicked by Cartus, the world’s premier provider of relocation services as Swindon’s only relocation agent and was selected for memberships with The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Relocation Agent Network.

The company won the Wiltshire Small Business of the Year award in 2007 and The Relocation Agent Network’s Best Agent regional award for Wiltshire in 2011 and 2012. In 2014, Castles finished runner-up and received a commendation in the latter award.

Last year, Castles won two awards at the 2015 allAgents Awards. The company took home the prizes for the best sales agent and the best lettings agent in Swindon.
