Castles’ new website takes Swindon estate agency offering to new level

Leading independent Swindon estate agent, Castles Residential Sales & Lettings has a brand new website.

www.castlesproperty.co.uk has been completely revamped to reflect the growth of the business and demand for property in the Swindon area.

The site is fully responsive, which means property hunters can search for homes and navigate the site easily from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

New features include downloadable premium brochures tailored to each property – a selling tool only offered by Castles in the Swindon area. This 40 page e-zine presents the property in full colour and gives detailed information about prices, authorities, transport links, schools, health services, amenities and the community. Homeowners can buy the print version of this as a souvenir of their new home.

Also new are quick access buttons for sharing site content on social media and for arranging a free property valuation with Castles.

Speaking as the new site went live, Mark Noble, founder and managing director of Castles, said: “Over the last year, this business has taken huge strides forward, so we wanted to reflect that in our website. The new site launch follows the recent announcement that Castles has expanded its team with the appointments of Mohammad Karim and Mike Hughes as sales consultants and Sarah Dunn as valuer.

Meanwhile, the number of rental properties managed by Castles is up 34 per cent year on year. Throughout 2015, its sales team exchanged contracts on more than 300 houses.

With over 210 customer reviews on allAgents.co.uk, Castles enjoys an overall customer rating of 4.8 out of 5. The business is ranked 101 out of 14,561 UK estate agents on the site as of Friday 19 February.

It was handpicked by Cartus, the world’s premier provider of relocation services as Swindon’s only relocation agent and was selected for memberships with The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Relocation Agent Network.
