Paul Harper joins Green Compliance
Leading water management company Green Compliance has appointed Paul Harper to take up the new role of National Service Delivery Manager. This key appointment is part of Green Compliance's planned strategic growth since becoming part of the Minimise Group of sustainability companies in 2014.
Paul joins Green Compliance with more than 20 years' expertise in the water management and treatment industry. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with facilities management companies, developing innovative and holistic water treatment and management systems and processes. These have helped them to deliver cost effective specialist water services while meeting clients’ broader FM objectives.
Before joining Green Compliance Paul spent 14 years at Dakro Environmental, much of it as Operations Director. At Dakro he was responsible for the national operations, sales and the strategic growth of this specialist water treatment services organisation, primarily within the facilities management sector.Previous roles include regional management, service chemist and a chemical blender for Clearwater Technology.
Paul's comprehensive water treatment experience and technological understanding will help him to build Green Compliance's offer and services. His remit includes using his technological expertise to match customer requirements with the evolution of Green Compliance's profitable ‘best in class' service model. This will enable the company to continue to develop and deliver much needed innovative water treatment and hygiene services while meeting strategic growth targets.
Paul will oversee Green Compliance's national engineering team and also provide support and mentoring to the wider sales and consultancy teams.
Commenting on his new role, Paul said: "Green Compliance is a dynamic and innovative company which is expanding its services and consultancy offer. It is essential that innovations are tailored to the real world, solving client problems. I'll be working closely with clients to ensure that this is exactly what we do.
"Sustainable water management is becoming increasingly important and my move to Green Compliance reflects their ability to meet these challenges head on."
It's a sentiment echoed by Rob Denny, Commercial Director at Green Compliance. "We're delighted to welcome Paul to this important role at Green Compliance," he said. "Paul's experience and expertise will be instrumental in developing new, sustainable water solutions which make the process more efficient and cost effective and also take advantage of new technologies."
