Continued business growth has led one of the world's leaders in the mobile technology supply chainto strengthen its senior team.

During the past five years Pervacio has doubled in size year on year. Having consolidated its base in the USA, the company is now looking to exploit opportunities for growth on the global stage with three key appointments.

In India, Pervacio has appointed Rao Ramalinga Prasad as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Anurag Vohra as Director of Products. Sai Kumar has joined the company as Senior Vice President/General Manager and operates out of the USA.

Commenting on the new appointments, Pervacio's CEO, Sanjay Kanodia, said: "We are an ambitious, entrepreneurial company and are reaping the benefits of our ongoing investment in R&D. This technological advantage, along with strategic partnerships with major suppliers, means we can develop new products that are unique to customersacross the retail, government and security and warehouse sectors.

"As we look to move to the next stage of our development, the time is now right to strengthen our senior team. Sai, Rao and Anurag will play a pivotal role, ensuring we maximise our resources to take full advantage of opportunities to grow our operations globally."

With responsibility for managing Pervacio's product portfolio, Anurag Vohra will develop the engineering, product and quality assurance teams in India. As well as interfacing with OEMs to maintain integration project schedules, he will develop global engineering teams to work closely with each OEM business. Anurag's career in the development and release of software products spans 17 years, and prior to joining Pervacio he worked in product management with Microsoft.

Rao Ramalinga Prasad is putting in place the requisite HR resources to ensure Pervacio can develop its capabilities without jeopardising current operations. Highly experienced in culture change, change management and company restructuring, Rao intends to improve the efficiency of key business processes while also mitigating the risks of knowledge loss.

Previously Director of Infrastructure and Information Security at Accenture, Sai Kumar is a specialist in intellectual property, US patents and trademarks. His experience includes more than 20 years in technology strategy, developing client relationships, running profitable engagements and implementing innovative ideas. Sai's main focus will be business development, organisational structure and operational improvements, and he will also be mentoring a culture of innovation at Pervacio.

Sanjay Kanodia added: "Each new member of our senior team has a proven track record and together they will take on responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations, so that I can focus on mapping out the company's strategic growth."
