PCG Invest at the Property Investor Show - find out how you can benefit from high net yield investment in the US Residential Property Market

Following on from the great success of the April Property Investor Show, PCG Invest has taken a bigger stand at next week's show at London's Excel. They have invited two of its US suppliers from New York's fast growing second and third cities, Rochester and Buffalo, to the show to meet potential investors and answer questions about investing in the US buy to let market.

In the last twelve months, our clients invested $10m in 200 homes (average price $50,000) and have achieved NET yields of up to 18% on properties they sourced and bought using our services.

Higher Net Yields than the UK

Now more than ever is a good time for investors to consider the US over the UK for your property investment plans. Changes to the UK buy to let tax laws will make it even harder for UK investors to achieve a profit on their buy to let portfolios. Our clients are achieving up to 18% NET YIELDS - after all expenses, whereas some UK investors are getting less 2% with a much higher initial investment than if they bought in the US, with prices starting from $35,000.00.

Finance Packages Available For Ready Made Portfolios

PCG Invest has recently introduced finance packages in most of our US cities, including Rochester, Buffalo and cities in Texas, with loans of between 60% and 70% available for single and multi-unit purchases, with and annual ROI of 30% achievable on larger portfolios over $650k
