Marketing Company Joins New Creative Hub

This summerEventy - Marketing & PR- one of Cornwall's most respected and established marketing and PR agencies - is moving its headquarters to Krowji, in Redruth, in order to be part of a growing cluster of creative businesses.

The company has relocated from offices in Penryn to the newly built facilities atKrowji, where the imaginative team will take up residence alongside painters, sculptors, illustrators, graphic designers and theatre companies.

Managing Director, Helen Mulhern explained the thinking behind the move, saying: "Although moving offices wasn't on our agenda, we simply couldn't resist the opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting shared work spaces in the UK - the new offices are an inspiring space to work and meet with clients."

The original building at Krowji was Redruth's old Grammar School - it was bought by Cornwall Arts Centre Trust (known as ACT) in 2005 and converted into art studios.

In 2014 work started to build new studios at the site; designed to provide workspaces for creative people of all disciplines, it is in one of these stylish new offices that Eventy will now be based.

Large windows and an industrial feel give the offices a bright, contemporary look and means that the studios are ideal for practical artists as well as people working in the creative service industries. 

Eventy will be referencing the academic heritage of the site with an enormous blackboard, where the team can collaborate on ideas with each other and with visiting clients.

Helen is excited about the change of scene: "We are really looking forward to the buzz of our new surroundings, and to becoming part of the community at Krowji."

Eventy is also embracing the creative spirit by rebranding the business; Helen has commissioned new graphic designs and a refreshed website to emphasise the beginning of a new era for her company, which celebrated its 10^thbirthday last year. 

The move will allow Eventy to capitalise on a surge in new clients, which has also seen the firm looking to recruit an additional Account Manager.
