New Spa opens on Portland and features a treatment from the sea loved by celebrities - a lava shell massage

Eco-friendly alternatives to traditional hot stones, lava shells are the first naturally self-heating massage tool unlike traditional hot stones that require electric heating.

The tiger-striped clam shells originate from the South Pacific where the clams are part of the local communities' daily diet and up until recently the shells had been considered a waste product.
