Tulip Ltd Nominated for Prestigious National Award

 Tulip Ltd, the country's leading food solutions business, which has production facilities at Coalville, Tipton and Wednesbury in the Midland and West Midland regions, is celebrating after making the shortlist for a prestigious national award from the IGD in recognition of improved business performance resulting from its people development investment.

 The IGD is a food and grocery research and training charity and its awards recognise successes in all areas including manufacturing, logistics, retail and human resources, its Learning and Development Award highlights a creative and innovative initiative that improves a company's performance through its investment in staff training and development.

 Kirsty Wilkins, Tulip Ltd's Group HR Director explains: "We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award, as one of the region's largest employers we know how important it is to provide our colleagues, at all levels of our organisation, the opportunity to develop and grow their careers with us.

The finalists and winners are judged by leading experts across the food and consumer goods supply chain." 

The winners of the IGD Awards will be announced at a ceremony held in London on 7th October, which will be hosted by television and radio presenter Gabby Logan.
