Boosting kitchen efficiency: Williams launches new products at Host ‘25
From market-leading counters to champagne gold bling, Williams aims to inspire

The diversity of products on the Williams Refrigeration stand at Host spotlights the company’s comprehensive range.  From the market’s most energy efficient counter, the Jade, to a champagne gold mobile beer Keg Chiller, every sector and application is covered! 

On the Williams stand, N23-P24 in Pavillion 5, the company will also launch a brand new range of premium counters and cabinets – details of which will be unveiled at the show. 

The new ThawSafe cabinet is certain to create a stir.  Williams has re-engineered the whole concept of thaw cabinets, with a unit that’s faster than thawing in a fridge while bringing a new level of food safety to the process. 

The Jade counter is another highlight, being the market leader in terms of energy efficiency.  Whilst other refrigerated door counters have the same A+ grading, none can match the Jade’s low kWh figures.  It’s also taken ‘squeezability’ to the next level, with a smaller footprint yet more usable capacity than its predecessor– big benefits in space-strapped kitchens. 

More kitchen efficiency-boosting comes with Williams’ latest reach-in blast chiller freezers, which are faster, use less power and, unlike some other models on the market, offer the same capacity for both chilling and freezing.  Nearby will be the eye-catching MAR meat ageing refrigerator, which keeps meat in its ideal climate of temperature and humidity to develop the most intense flavours.   

The new Keg Chiller is not the only show product with a ‘bling-buzz.’  Alongside it will be a Wine Cabinet that not only matches the Keg Chiller’s champagne gold trim, but also has a diamond wine rack!  An added bonus for visitors is that they will be offered the chance to check the Keg Chiller’s efficiency by sampling the beer it holds.

Williams is sharing the stand with sister company Falcon.  The companies’ products work side by side, as will be highlighted by displays such as a Chef’s Drawer with Falcon electric grill.  In another collaboration with a fellow Ali Group company, Host visitors will be able to see a Williams Aztra undercounter cabinet with glass door serving as a milk fridge for an Egro coffee machine on the Rancilio stand.
