FEA Conference plans powerhouse speaker platform
FEA Conference update: ‘powerhouse’ speaker programme

Last chance for Early Bird discount; plus chance to try luck at casino evening

FEA Conference 2025, Wednesday 12th to Thursday 13th November 2025, De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel

FEA is moving swiftly up through the gears as the 2025 industry conference comes together.  This year’s event is all about ‘Business Agility’, with a focus on the future of foodservice.  FEA is assembling a speaker programme featuring industry leaders, tech pioneers, and creative visionaries to provide high level insights into the issues.

Meanwhile FEA says that anyone wanting to attend this year’s conference and take advantage of the Early Bird discount should move fast, as it ends on July 31st

One name sure to excite delegates is Google’s James Shaw, who is the company’s Global Programs Design Lead.  He’ll explore how AI is being used to optimise kitchen efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance user experience through automation and predictive analytics.

Other high profile speakers include Rational AG’s CEO, Dr. Peter Stadelmann; Parts Town’s Emanuela Delgado, GVP of Growth and Innovation; and Matt Cundrick from MKMC Food Business Support and the founder of FTG Navigator, a consultancy reshaping the future of food-to-go.  Interior design using eco-friendly and energy-efficient products will highlighted by the award-winning team at ABDA Design.

FEA’s NextGen proposals will form a key presentation, during which the association will give details of its ambitious plans to help young professionals by supporting their careers, and to encourage more to join the industry.  FEA is encouraging young people to attend the conference by offering reduced rate day-delegate tickets for first timers.

Kelly Barrell is chair of FEA’s revenue and marketing committee, which plans the conference.  “The team are creating a powerhouse speaker platform,” she says.  “From AI integration and sustainability to cutting-edge design and operational excellence, every session is curated to keep delegates ahead of the curve.

“Meanwhile we hope the first-timer tickets will attract young professionals wanting to find out about the industry, FEA and the NextGen council.”

A new feature for the 2025 conference will be a casino evening, sponsored by HRC, taking place after the Gala Dinner on the Thursday evening.  Guests will be able to enjoy playing roulette and blackjack in a professional setting, without the risk of losing their house!

FEA is offering a variety of ticket options, from conference-day-only to the full two-day package.  Two-day Early Bird packages for FEA members start at £749, whist non-member two-night packages start at £1042.  For tickets for the FEA 2025 Industry Conference click here.
