FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced the Ugolini MiniGel Plus soft-serve ice cream machines aimed at anywhere that wants to offer these types of top quality, dreamy desserts.

The Ugolini MiniGel Plus machines are compact and easy to use with an enhanced mixing system which can produce anything from a soft fluffy serve to a more dense product. A backlit clear and user-friendly display shows the temperature and status of the machine and product. It is easy to navigate between the different functions, setting the desired parameters depending on the required serve.

Designed with energy saving in mind the MiniGel Plus is fitted with a RecoverEnergy system, the patented insulating shell and bowl system designed to optimise energy efficiency while preventing surface condensation. It significantly reduces power consumption by enhancing thermal performance and shortens freezing times with improved insulation – allowing machines to reach and maintain ideal serving temperatures faster.

User friendly, the MiniGel machines have a tank locking system to prevent accidents and a tilted bowl for easy emptying. A glass detection sensor ensures perfect product dispensing with no wastage.

There are three sizes of the Ugolini MiniGel Plus: a single unit with a bowl capacity of six litres, a double dispenser with two bowls, and a triple dispenser with three bowls. The smallest single serve machine, the MiniGel Plus 1, measures 200mm wide by 480mm deep and 620mm high, while the biggest triple serve, MiniGel Plus 3, is the same height and depth and measures 600mm wide. All models are supplied with a one year parts and labour warranty.
