Ingredients | 1 large aubergine 2 large beef tomatoes 50ml Rosemary, Thyme & Lemon Bread Dipper 2 cloves of garlic A good twist of salt
|
Method | Pour the Bread Dipper into a large shallow dish, crush the garlic and add it along with the salt. Mix together well. Slice the Aubergine into 10mm slices across to form rounds. Slice the tomato in the same way. Once these are cooked they will stack together so try and keep them quite even in size. Leave to soak up the marinade for 10 mins while you pre heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C / Gas Mark 5. Then pop the baking tray in the oven and roast for 15 mins. Remove from the oven and gently flip your rounds over then roast for a further 15 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tray for a few minutes, then gently stack in alternate layers onto your serving dish with a base of aubergine until you have created 2 towers. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon and serve! |

Ingredients | 500g beetroot (uncooked and peeled weight), chopped into bite sized wedges Cold Pressed Natural Oil , or a drizzle of your favourite dipping oil Bag of rocket (around 70g) 125g Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled 250g cooked Puy lentils

Method | Preheat the oven to 200C / 180C Fan / 400F / Gas Mark 6. Toss the beetroot wedges in a little rapeseed oil or use your favourite dipping oil, season and arrange on a baking tray. Roast until tender. This should take around 25 minutes. Leave to cool. This can be made up to 2 days in advance and kept in the fridge. When ready to serve, mix with the other salad ingredients and a good drizzle of Lemon & Poppy Seed Dressing to taste. |

Ingredients | One loaf of your choice, we love a super seeded wholemeal cob! Charlie & Ivy's Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper 1 pack of pre-grated mozzarella cheese A few sprigs of fresh oregano

Method | Slice your loaf to half the depth in both horizontal and vertical directions. Drizzle over a generous amount of your bread dipper, we love the Garlic, Oregano and Balsamic, but our Smoked Garlic Dipper works really well too! Make sure the dipper soaks well into the openings you have made in your loaf. Pack tight with mozzarella cheese, making sure you get it tucked in all the openings. Then finish with a sprinkling of fresh oregano. Bake in a pre-heated oven until the bread starts to crisp and the mozzarella has melted. Serve whilst hot, pull apart at the table after finishing with an extra drizzle of your dipper and a little more fresh oregano! |
