Voyager Plus Travel Insurance Earns Feefo Trusted Service Platinum Award 2025

Voyager Plus Travel Insurance is thrilled to announce that they have been awarded the Feefo Trusted Service Platinum Award for 2025. By winning this award, Voyager Plus have shown their commitment to putting the customer first, providing exceptional customer service time and time again in 2024.

The Trusted Service Awards from Feefo were established in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. These awards are unique as they genuinely reflect a business's commitment to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.

Qualification for the Platinum Trusted Service Award requires businesses to have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. For a business to achieve Gold standard, they must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2024, and December 31st, 2024, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5. As such, these awards truly celebrate brands that are delivering standards that go above and beyond the norm.

2. Insurance brokers can access, and in most cases, sell Voyager's wholesale products through Voyager's online quote and buy platform called WEBroker. This platform provides brokers with an easy-to-use internet-based dashboard interface through which to quote and sell policies to their customers. Policy documents are automatically issued to customers directly and renewals can be managed on-screen. If desired, a link to the broker's website enables customers to buy online easily so this makes the product available 24 hours a day whilst maintaining the customer relationship with the broker.
