Taylor UK is now supplying the FlavorBurst C152 soft serve ice cream machine, which offers a complete menu of ice cream flavours in a countertop unit. Until now, having a system like FlavorBurst would have required much larger soft serve ice cream machines – the FlavorBurst C152 is the first that offers the system in a compact format, suitable for a huge range of sites, from parlours to cafes to convenience stores. 

The FlavorBurst C152 will take ice cream menus up to a new level, allowing operators to choose from up to eight different syrups from a single unit to create a wide range of flavoured ice creams, all from a standard vanilla soft serve base. It works by injecting flavoured syrup onto the edges of the ice cream as it is dispensed, creating an eye catching combination of colours in a range of popular flavours. Each flavour has its own dedicated pump, guaranteeing reliable and safe operation, with simple twist-on connectors making it easy to use and swap out flavours.

It's compact enough to be installed on a standard worktop, and can be powered from a standard 13amp power socket, allowing it to be easily installed and used in a variety of businesses.

The unit is controlled through a touchscreen system, with extensive recipe customisation options including the ability to combine flavours and calibrate quantities. The system can also alert staff when maintenance tasks need to be undertaken or if faults develop.

Constructed from sturdy, easy to clean stainless steel, it features an inbuilt rinse function and comes with an external sanitiser tank to make flushing the system and cleaning the flavour blending head simple.

The C152 has a freezing cylinder capacity of 1.4 litres, with a total mix hopper capacity of 7.6 litres, making it ideal for smaller businesses looking to add high quality ice cream products to their menu.

The FlavourBurst system is also available separately. It is compatible with all models of Taylor’s C range of soft serve machines, and can easily be retrofitted to existing machines.
