New comprehensive range of Pujadas Gastronorm
pans launched by FEM.
FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has
introduced a new comprehensive range of Pujadas stainless steel Gastronorm pans
designated GN First. These are ideal for oven cooking, hot and cold food transportation
or storage, and in hot and cold buffet presentation.
Sturdily constructed, their flattened edges
and large corners prevent bending and provide a wider hold when handling. An overhanging
rim makes these pans perfect for buffet and prep stations. The robust 18/0 -
AISI 201 stainless steel construction is EU food contact approved.
With upwards of 39 different sizes and depths,
the range covers most requirements and includes 20mm deep 1/4 Gastronorm, 40mm
deep 1/3 Gastronorm, 65mm deep 2/4 Gastronorm and 150mm deep 1/1 Gastronorm,
for example. Stainless steel and Polinorm coloured lids are available
separately and all pans are supplied with a one year warranty.
Pujadas
Polinorm lids are available in a variety of colours and are recommended for
transportation and microwave cooking. These lids have a snap-on watertight lid
design with a reinforced rim and can withstand temperatures of -40˚C to 110˚C.
The Polinorm lids are made of durable polyethylene and are available for
1/1 to 1/9 sized GN First stainless steel containers.
Perforated
stainless steel Gastronorm pans also available in the GN first range.
List
prices start at just £3.35 for the GN First 20mm deep 1/4 stainless steel Gastronorm
pan.
