H&B Group welcomes Beesley & Fildes

Merchant group Beesley & Fildes brings 200 years of history to H&B.

One of the North West's longest-standing builders' merchants, Beesley & Fildes, has announced that from January 2025 it will become a member of H&B Group.

As an independent builders' merchant, with over 200 years of history and experience, Beesley & Fildes has established itself as a leading supplier of building materials across multiple trades, serving local customers through its 10 branches, as well as nationwide customers online.

Founded in 1820 by Robert Beesley, the company has grown from a single shop in Prescot, Merseyside, to a regional branch network providing dedicated knowledge and a wealth of experience across a wide range of trades including civil engineering, landscaping, joinery, plumbing and heating, kitchens and bathrooms, and roofing.

Despite their impressive expansion, Beesley & Fildes continues to operate as a family business, holding true to their core values of quality, value, reliability and a customer-first approach.

The decision to join H&B Group reflects Beesley & Fildes' commitment to offering their customers the best building products and solutions at competitive prices. By joining the H&B network, they will have enhanced access to a wider range of suppliers and opportunities for collaboration, ensuring they can continue to deliver exceptional value and service to their customers.
