Service training from four leading combi oven manufacturers plus ventilation
specialist, Inox
FEA’s next combi oven service training course will include an additional
special session on ventilation, delivered by Inox Fabrications. The event gives service technicians hands-on
product training with three leading combi oven suppliers, MKN/Jestic, Retigo
and Unox, covering maintenance, common repairs and troubleshooting.
“It’s vital that engineers understand the requirements of a site’s
ventilation and extraction systems in respect of the combi ovens they are
servicing,” says Simon Frost C.F.S.P., chair of FEA’s Education & Training
Committee. “That’s why we have added the
extra session for this course, thanks to Inox fabrications for presenting it.”
The Inox presentation will cover a range of critical topics, from regulations,
extraction and ventilation designs, components including gas interlock systems,
fire protection requirements and the requirements of DW172, including updated
guidance documents. They will also cover fault finding and how to verify the
performance of ventilation and extraction systems.
The combi oven manufacturer
presentations will give guidance on servicing and maintenance, as well as
covering the ventilation requirements of different models.
FEA’s next combi oven service
training course is on October 2, running from 9am to 5pm. It takes place at the Parts Town UK training
facility at Cannock, just north of Birmingham.
The cost is just £65 per engineer including booking fees and VAT and
places can be booked via Eventbrite. To find out more and to book visit lnkd.in/ekapNA9U.
