The day starts with a tour of the state-of-the-art showroom (Leedsis even award-winning!) which includes in-depth demonstrations of key products. Both showrooms have a demonstration area where Jo Underhay, Caple's Southern Regional Training Manager or Lauren Ward, Caple's Northern Regional Training Manager, talk through and use a variety of products while cooking a three- course meal.

Products used include theSense Premium rangeof ovens where guests see exactly how they work - as well as demonstrating how they can be operated via the Caple Home app on a smart phone or tablet. There is also an opportunity to learn how the new PlasmaMade® technology not only gets rid of odours but also uses electrostatic discharge (ESD) to eliminate fine dust and contaminants. This technology is showcased in both showrooms.

During the product demonstrations, the Training Manager will use the clever steam function and showcase the versatility of steam. This method of cooking is very popular as it doesn't just leave food tasting delicious but it's also a lot healthier as it doesn't use any oils or fats. It's also energy efficient as it cooks faster with lower temperatures. Caple has perfected itssteam technologyon a range of combination microwaves and ovens available in both the Sense and Sense Premium.
