FEM introduces Cambro’s latest baking tray trollies built for durability and ease of use

A lot of time in the kitchen is spent moving items around. It’s not the glamourous side of the action but it makes all the difference to the speed of service and general well-being of staff. Cambro’s latest baking tray trollies, now available from FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing), are designed to take the strain out of the kitchen workflow, being exceptionally durable and easy to manoeuvre.

There are two trolley sizes available.  The largest holds up to eighteen 60 x 40cm baking trays, while the smaller one holds up to nine.  The trollies are built to accept baking trays directly from a hot 200°C oven down to cold storage applications as low as -40°C.

Moulded-in stops ensure safe and secure loading, unloading and transportation. These trolleys are rust-free from top to bottom and fully equipped with four swivel castors, all with brakes. The smaller trolley has a weight capacity of 170kg with overall measurements of 516mm (w) x 783mm (d) x 1014mm (h), while the large has a weight capacity of 340kg with dimensions of 516mm (w) x 783mm (d) x 1708mm (h). The larger eighteen-rail trolley also has a vinyl cover available to purchase separately that provides extra protection during storage and transport.

The trolleys have a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.

List prices start from £385.00 for the nine-shelf trolley.
