In 2019, Byron left PwC, where he programme managed the implementation of PwC's next-generation learning management platform across the UK. This accomplishment earned recognition from PwC, leading to multiple contract extensions and a role as Product Lead on their global digital learning strategy team. Prior to PwC he served as CTO of Silent Edge, a VC-backed sales and talent management organisation. There, he developed learning and development technology products that generated recurring revenues of up to £10 million.
