Russell is also the author of High Performance Sales Strategies, published by Pearson.

Byron Ward is a strategic and innovative learning product development leader. With over 25 years of experience leading UX teams, solution architects, developers, QA and content teams, Byron excels at identifying commercial opportunities and creating world-class learning and development products. In 2019, Byron left PwC, where he programme managed the implementation of PwC's next-generation learning management platform across the UK. This accomplishment earned recognition from PwC, leading to multiple contract extensions and a role as Product Lead on their global digital learning strategy team. Prior to PwC he served as CTO of Silent Edge, a VC-backed sales and talent management organisation. There, he developed learning and development technology products that generated recurring revenues of up to £10 million. Since 2020, as Co-Founder and Director of Meta Team, he leads the product development at Meta Team, project delivery and marketing.
