This year's annual Yorkshire Day release is all about layers of flavour. By marrying a number of casks, we're adding different tastes and textures: STR casks bring red fruits, ex-Madeira casks bring stone fruits, ex-Sherry casks bring depth, dried fruits and richness, and finally, New Oak casks bring spice, richness and complexity.
