Charity Insurance specialist launches new instant ‘Quote and Buy' platform for Small Charities
WRS Insurance Brokersis delighted to announce the launch of a new easy to use, Quote and Buy insurance system for small charities. Based in Colchester, WRS are experts in providing ethical insurance cover forthe charity and social welfare sectors. The Quote and Buy system has been developed to provide a fast, convenient and user-friendly way to buy insurance, specifically for small charities.
With over 50 years' experience in insuring charities, social care and community enterprises, the team at WRS Insurance Brokers understand the ever-increasing challenges of running a small charity. Feedback from clients has helped the WRS team pinpoint the key features for Quote and Buy.
WRS Insurance Brokers' Broker Manager, Gungor Baykan said: "We know from speaking with our small charity clients that flexibility and convenience are important factors when it comes to purchasing their insurance. In the past, we've had requests through late in the evening and at weekends, from charities who needed last minute, immediate cover. By the time the office had reopened, it was sometimes too late for us to help. Now, an online quote from our new system takes less than five minutes to complete and the whole policy purchase process can be easily completed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, providing much needed peace of mind."
The online platform is available for small charities with a turnover of under £250,000, an annual wage-roll of under £100,000 and less than 100 volunteers. Policies taken out through the Quote and Buy system include essential areas of cover needed by small charities such as public and products liability up to £5 million, employers' liability, trustees and directors' indemnity and legal expenses up to £250,000.
The insurance cover is underwritten by charity insurance experts, Ansvar. Sam Harrison, Strategic Delivery Manager of Ansvar Insurance said: "We are pleased to be underwriting this scheme and working with WRS. Together we can help small charities have efficient processes in place to help make their lives as easy as possible, giving them the time to focus on providing valuable services to their local communities. The WRS Quote and Buy package policy includes all of the necessary cover we know small charities need. It's easy to use and makes buying insurance straightforward."
