A long and careful process created this Filey Bay Special Release. Uniquely one-of-a-kind, we barrel-aged Wold Top Brewery's award-winning Marmalade Porter in ex-Filey Bay whisky casks to create Rip Curl Barrel Aged beer (see below) and then we used those ex-Porter Casks to mature our whisky.

Created by ageing Wold Top Marmalade Porter in Filey Bay whisky casks for 15 months, Rip Curl is a deliciously smooth beer with complex fruity flavours.

This is a very easy drinking barrel-aged beer, with the whisky casks' smooth and creamy vanilla flavours blending with the dark, roasted, chocolate and coffee flavours of the beer.
