Experienced salesman with deep
knowledge of kitchen life looking forward to new challenges
Chris Noble has joined Falcon Foodservice as the new regional sales manager representing the Lainox brand.
Hailing from Elgin in the north of Scotland, Chris has deep knowledge of the foodservice industry. From his first job in the kitchen of a local restaurant at 16 years old he went on to join the team that re-established the AA rosette of a local hotel, before joining the Gilpin Lakehouse in the Lake District. He was part of chef Hrishikesh Desai’s team that was awarded a Michelin star.
From there he moved into a career in equipment sales, with his extensive experience of kitchen life giving him an extensive understanding of the challenges faced by chefs. He worked with some well-known names in the UK foodservice industry, including CaterKwik, Comcat Engineering and WMF, before joining the team at Falcon. He will be taking on the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Lainox brand, working alongside Steve Kirkwood.
“Having used and sold both Lainox and Falcon equipment in the past, the chance to become part of the Falcon / Lainox family was too good an opportunity to turn down,” says Chris. “Getting to represent a premium brand like Lainox and working with the teams at both Lainox and Falcon will be a great experience. And it’s an exciting time to be joining as Lainox has grand plans in the UK. I’m looking forward to selling some fantastic new products as well as helping to further raise the brand’s profile.”
Outside of work, Chris is married with a young daughter. His interests include live music, travelling, cooking – and eating – as well as walking his three dogs.
“Chris brings energy and a keen insight into the industry, thanks to his broad professional experience,” says Lawrence Hughes, Sales & Marketing Director at Falcon. “We’re happy to welcome him to the team and he will doubtless be a great asset as we continue to develop Lainox in the UK.”
