London 5th December 2023 — Natasha Hamilton, the acclaimed pop sensation and former Atomic Kitten member, graced the annual Dancing with Heroes ball on Saturday, November 25th. Held at the Hotel InterContinental on London's Park Lane, the event not only showcased the best of Britain but also emerged as a resounding success, raising critical funds for the noble Back on Track Charity—a beacon of hope for the nation's bravest heroes.

Adding a touch of musical brilliance to the charitable affair, Natasha marked her first time on stage since welcoming her fifth child. She expressed her pride, saying:"I always got a buzz stepping on stage. But it was a particularly special night because my son is currently serving in the army, so I was doubly proud to be performing for a cause that truly touches my heart."

Joined by a star-studded lineup of Britain's most cherished celebrities, including Stephanie Beacham, Hannah Spearritt, Harriet Thorpe, Gylnis Barber, Michael Brandon, Catalina Guirado, Jona Lewie, and Melinda Messenger, the evening united beloved personalities in unwavering support of Back on Track which provides surgical and medical treatment, as well as mental health support, to former servicemen and women who bravely served their country, often enduring life-altering injuries in the line of duty.

In the company of the injured servicemen, the Chelsea Pensioners, resplendent in their iconic scarlet uniforms, inaugurated the evening, infusing a sense of tradition and emotion as the National Anthem was beautifully sung by Andrew Robley.

The night unfolded with a stellar lineup of entertainment, featuring a soul-stirring rendition from Phantom of the Opera by the mezzo-soprano virtuoso Friederike Krum while comedian Mike Osman, celebrated for his uproarious impressions of Donald Trump and Boris Johnson, added a delightful touch of humour to the proceedings. The audience was treated to a special appearance by Australian singing sensation Emily Williams, currently enchanting audiences on her UK tour with "The Bodyguard."

A standout moment of the evening unfolded during Natasha Hamilton's electrifying performance, offering a tantalising preview of her forthcoming 'alternative pop' album set to launch next year. The night reached its pinnacle with the legendary Cregan and Co., fronted by the guitar virtuoso Jim Cregan. With a musical directorial tenure spanning nearly two decades with Rod Stewart and a remarkable collection of 40 gold and platinum records, Jim Cregan and his ensemble delivered an unforgettable performance that had guests flooding the dance floor and singing along to timeless hits like "Maggie May" and "Make Me Smile."

Back on Track charity was founded by Dr. Aamer Khan and his wife Lesley Reynolds of Harley Street Skin clinic and together with their trustees, they strive to make a difference to the lives of wounded veterans. Dr. Khan, a Soldiering On and British Citizen award winner for his work in tissue reconstruction, emphasised on the night: "Back on Track treats not only the physical injuries of former servicemen but also helps them get their lives back after PTSD and other issues—often life-changing for our heroic beneficiaries. It is events like Dancing with Heroes that help us to make that essential difference to their lives."
