It's been produced by ageing one of our most popular and well-known beers, Scarborough Fair IPA, in Spirit of Yorkshire whisky casks for eight months. These Filey Bay casks allow the beer to mature, developing a smooth, full-bodied and beautifully rounded taste, where soft citrus hints and hoppy bitter notes marry with the whisky's light, creamy, vanilla flavours.
