Yorkshire'sBusiness Performance Expert Selected for England Dressage Team


Jo Loftus, of Grewelthorpe, North Yorkshire, known as The Business Lady as she helps Yorkshire's entrepreneurs develop and grow their businesses, has been selected to represent England and the North & East Region in the team competition at the Senior Home Nations Dressage Competition 2023.


Jo is a former high flying business exec who would be parachuted in to revive and deliver major business change initiatives. She squeezed into her career developing one of the world's top 100 most interesting shops in the world, Weeton's (according to Daily Express) along with her husband in Harrogate.

Jo's drawing on all her natural attributes - determination, resilience, confidence and perseverance that have served her well in her career have been instrumental in bringing her to today, being selected for the dressage team.

Thedressage championshipstake place 22-24thSeptember at Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre, Cheshire. The team will be competing against the other UK nations: Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Ms Loftus says:

"Representing England and the North & East Region is a huge personal achievement as an amateur at 45! What's remarkable is the wealth of lessons that can be taken from dressage, the equivalent of horse ballet and applied to business, I love using these lessons to enable my clients to build strong business foundations to springboardtheir business growth".
