On 12^th September the official launch of the ‘Medical Writers Club' (MWC) will be held for invited guests and the media, hosted by Dr Dawn Harper, at the Chelsea Physic Garden. 

The Medical Writers Club, is a unique new body of select high-profile, highly-respected media medics, headed up by Dr Dawn Harper, to roll out national public health campaigns focusing on preventative lifestyle, which accounts for the biggest burden on our healthcare system. 

The MWC focus is: the key to supporting the future sustainability of the NHS for the next 75 years and beyond is through preventative lifestyle management.  This is our chance to really make a difference.

The MWC can engage and interact directly with the public in a way that Government can't, with a different perceived and trusted voice.  

Dr Dawn Harper says: ‘Never before have this group of some of the most well-recognised and well-respected healthcare professionals working across so many disciplines of the UK media come together with one voice to champion the protection and the future of the NHS, this is our opportunity to make a big difference.
