Show 3 day event was a hit with the public and sellers alike
From the 14th to the 16th of February more than 20,000sq ft of exhibition space was occupied at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, as hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of people turned up for the annual British Shooting Show(BSS).
Described as a “buyers’ paradise”, the BSS is one of the first shooter’s shows in the annual calendar, attracting shooters from across the UK, showcasing the best that shooting sports and suppliers have to offer. The weekend’s event boasted field & competition shotguns; hunting & target rifles; airguns; ammunition; lights, sights & scopes; antique & classic guns; clay shooting; gun dogs and more.
One of the biggest draws at BSS was The British Airsoft Show. The British Airsoft Show featured the best guns and gear in the world and was designated over 10,000sq ft of space alongside the BSS.
Despite bad weather, thousands of people made it to the three day event, experiencing the best that the airsoft world had to offer, including stalls from leading retailers; gaming and demonstration areas; airsoft clubs; organisations; military & specialist clothing; reactive target systems; live gaming demonstrations; public demonstrations and more.
Just BB Guns, one of the UK’s best known suppliers of airsoft guns, equipment and accessories, was one of many suppliers at the event. A representative for Just BB Guns said that the event was one of the best that they’ve been a part of.
“We had been looking forward to the British Shooting Show for a number of months and it didn’t disappoint. It’s one of the best events that we’ve ever been involved with and the team we took down had a fantastic time, as did the other hundreds of exhibitors and the thousands of members of the public who were there. The British Shooting Show is unquestionably the largest public shooting and gun show that we have in this country and it’s great to have been involved.
“It’s great that the organisers of the British Shooting Show have given the airsoft community such a fantastic platform.”
Continuing, a representative for Just BB Guns said that it was nice to showcase airsoft to the wider shooting community.
“On Saturday many members of the wider shooting community came over to see what the airsoft hype was all about, getting to interact with airsoft exhibitors and enthusiasts and try out some of the best guns that the airsoft community has to offer.
