Hi ,
Hope you're well and had a good weekend. Would you be interested supporting the local independent artist Quinny? Born and raised in Paisley, the artist (real name Peter Quinn) now lives in Australia but is missing the home that has influenced his music so much. Quinn is celebrating the 10th anniversary of his single Rumours with a special performance that was recorded as a live session at Glasgow's Old Hairdressers.
We would really appreciate any support that you could give to this artist that's trying to rep his hometown from overseas! Have copied in links to the track and his press release below for further info. If there's any interest, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Quinny Celebrates the 10thAnniversary of His Single Rumours With an Electric and Raw Live Session from the Vault
Artist: Quinny
Title: Rumours (Live Session at Old Hairdressers)
Release: 01/06/23
F.F.O: Phoebe Bridgers, Ezra Furman, The Shins
Melbourne-based indie rocker Quinny revisits an old favourite with Rumours - Live Session,
released June 1st, 2023.
Recorded at Old Hairdressers, Glasgow, the single is a welcome sight for anyone missing a little Brit-Era Indie in their life. Complete with its rapid guitar stabs and even faster drum fills, Rumours is an absolute showcase for Quinny's talents as an endlessly relatable singer-songwriter. Rumours' lyrics touches on pop-punk sensibilities as its artist brings a raw and powerfully vulnerable quality to the track.
Rumours' Live Session is the latest entry in Quinny's long-standing musical career full of impressive feats for the independent artist. The Paisley-born musician has toured the USA, recruited British acting legend Richard Wilson (BBC's One Foot in the Grave, Merlin, Tutti Fruitti) for his 2019 holiday music video Christmas Gear, and is one half of the comedy rap project Jimmy Lit whose first album is due to release July 25thof this year.
Quinny has also done extensive work to bring music to his communities beginning in Renfrewshire doing music groups with adults with disabilities, before running a youth music night in his hometown. This music night would come to have an impressive legacy of its own, having had Lewis Capaldi and Yungblud's guitarist attending, as well as being where the group Vegan Leather formed.
While working at Camden's Roundhouse, Quinny helped forge artistic, developmental opportunities for rising stars such as Little Simz, Freya Ridings and Skinny Pelembe. He also collaborated on creative projects for young people with artists such as Jamie Cullum, Dan Gillespie Sells (The Feeling), Trevor Horn, John Parish and Jane Weaver.
Rumours is releasing ahead of the artist's next EP ‘Settlers' due for release later this year.
Rumours - Live Session is available across all platforms now.
