1. Crest Barrel-Aged British Lager: 7.9% Vol, £4.56/330ml bottle
   Created by ageing Wold Top's Landmark Lager in Filey Bay whisky casks for over 12 months. The lightness of the lager, with its notes of honey and fresh herbs, takes the smooth and creamy vanilla notes from the Filey Bay Flagship casks, to create a delicious, fresh-tasting beer with aromas of green apples and a gentle, warming flavour.
    
2. Barrel Wave Barrel-Aged IPA: 9.1% Vol, £5.94/330ml bottle
   Best-selling IPA, Scarborough Fair has matured and developed in ex-whisky casks to give a beautifully rounded, smooth full-bodied taste where hints of soft citrus fruits and hoppy bitter notes marry with the light, creamy, vanilla flavours from the Filey Bay whisky.
   At 9.1% abv it's not a beer for every day, much like a good dram of whisky it's one to savour and sip!
    
3. Swell Barrel-Aged Dark Beer: 12% Vol, £7.00/300ml bottle
   Swell is a dark beer brewed specifically for barrel-ageing, the recipe developed to hold the flavours from the casks without being overwhelmed. It's rich, fruity and full of flavour. The beer spent 11 months in a combination of Spirit of Yorkshire whisky casks: each of which had previously held maturing spirit, including a PX (Pedro Ximenez) cask which is extremely rare in the world of barrel-ageing, an STR red wine cask and ex-bourbon casks.
