As the
second week of a North Yorkshire rapeseed oil business’s collaborative
promotion begins, the team has announced a free prize draw.
Each of the 20 businesses that have
partnered with Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil for the EAT Yorkshire 2023 initiative
that gives a 10% discount on online sales has donated a prize that will be
awarded to a customer drawn using a random draw generator at the end of the
month.
“We’re delighted to announce that the
value of this year’s EAT Yorkshire prize draw is over £500. Not only are we
incredibly grateful to the businesses who have joined in with the initiative
this year, but their generosity for the prize draw has exceeded all
expectations,” said EAT Yorkshire co-ordinator Marcelle Tisserant.
“In addition to getting 10% off
online orders from participating companies like Lottie Shaws, Anna’s Happy
Trotters, Yorkshire Dama Cheese, and Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice, everyone who
has placed an order with any of the 21 businesses using the discount code,
EATYORKSHIRE during March will automatically be entered into a free prize draw
that will be drawn on 3rd April.”
One of the new businesses for 2023’s
Eat Yorkshire campaign is Pocklington- based Ali Bilton Cooks, which produces
restaurant-quality frozen ready meals. Founder Ali Bilton said: “This is a
great opportunity to thank the customers who have supported and grown with us
over the last couple of years. We pride ourselves on using local ingredients
from trusted and valued suppliers, including Soanes Poultry, Yorkshire Rapeseed
Oil and Wold Top Brewery, so it’s nice to participate in this great initiative
alongside them and other fabulous producers.”
The complete list of businesses
taking part is Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, Staal Smokehouse, Side Oven Bakery, Soanes
Poultry, Chilli Jam Man, Wold Top Brewery, Sloemotion, Anna’s Happy Trotters, The
