We then polled the top three suggestions, again using social media, and were delighted that Ryedale Special Families was the clear winner with almost 2,000 votes.

"Our fundraising began in earnest on Saturday when a team of 16 of us raised over £2,000 by tackling the challenging 44-mile Wolds Rangers Way by relay, and then this week, we will launch a limited-edition fundraising oil at the Great Yorkshire Show.

"The new Lemon, Garlic, Oregano and Thyme Oil has been specially developed by us for Ryedale Special Families and 35p from the sale of each bottle will be donated to the charity. The versatile and delicious oil is perfect for roasting vegetables, marinading meatand fish for your summer barbecues or drizzled as a dressing."
