When the furlough scheme ends in two days' time careers expert Judy Bullimore predicts trouble ahead for ethnic minority groups and the elderly, and and while ONS data suggests the employment sector is recovering, the careers expert explains that disparity still exists between the rate at which certain groups enter employment, with age and ethnicity being huge factors (See stats below*).
Judy is a person of colour and often works with people at a disadvantage in the employment sector (ethnic minorities / expats on work visas) as well as UK job seekers. She takes a modern approach to the outdated and hostile recruitment environment.
