This ground-breaking Central London event will be aimed exclusively at the LGBTQ+ community, where those who want to grow their families can hear from leading experts in their fields. With an educational focus on Adoption, Fostering, Co-Parenting, IVF/IUI, Surrogacy (UK and Int'l), Solo Parenting, Sperm and Egg Donation and Fertility Preservation for the trans community.

Increase in same-sex families

With a 40% increase in same sex families since 2015 following the legalisation of gay marriage, founders of established online brandTwoDadsUK, andMy Surrogacy Journey, decided to create a bespoke extravaganza for their community.  Visitors can expect to see a show finished to a standard rarely seen in the events industry, every detail has been meticulously planned to support and protect LGBTQ+ visitors and their guests, all thanks to Wes Johnson-Ellis background in major events.

Speakers and professionals will share their vast knowledge and personal experience across three Educational Seminar Spaces, covering everything from surrogacy to adoption, fostering to fertility preservation and trans-parenting to IVF, including representation from legal firms and egg and sperm donation centres.

According to theHFEA, heterosexual relationships still account for more than 91% of all fertility treatments and only saw a 2% increase between 2016 and 2017. This is in stark contrast to the increases in treatments for patients in female same-sex relationships which rose by 12% to 4,463 cycles, single women by 4% to 2,279 cycles and treatments for surrogates by 22% to 302 cycles between 2016 and 2017.

With surrogacy numbers almost quadrupling in the last 10 years, and the number of same gender couples doubling, creators Wes and Michael Johnson-Ellis saw there was a need for a live event which would showcase all the options for modern family building in an inclusive, open and welcoming environment.A picture containing person, posing, child, youngDescription automatically generated

"This one-day boutique event is the only UK family creation show exclusively designed for the LGBTQ+ community, informing attendees about UK and international family creation options, with a real emphasis on education." says Wes.
