Industry Leaders Cornerstone Professional Services (UK) Ltd Launch the D.A.M.P Alliance
The UK's first training and membership body committed to diagnosing and monitoring the health of properties.
Portsmouth, 20th July 2021 -Launching this August, the D.A.M.P Alliance is the only organisation in the UK to offer full Property MOT® Surveyor certification and training.
Backed by industrystalwarts Cornerstone Professional Services, the D.A.M.P Alliance provides insight and education in the four key Property MOTs; Ventilation MOT®, Moisture MOT®, Insulation MOT® and Atmospheric MOT®.
Each Property MOT® is all-encompassing and evaluates respective aspects of a property both internally and externally. All surveyed elements align to existing Building Regulations and applicable British Standards assisting landlords in upholding the health of a structure in line with all current statutory requirements, as outlined in theHomes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.
Trained and certified surveyors have access - via annual subscription - to the SMART Knowledge Base Portal where the data is uploaded and reviewed using expert algorithms in the pursuance of PASS certifications. Any recorded anomalies are assessed within the SMART Knowledge element whereby expert advice and guidance can be readily gleaned for actioning and, Cornerstone remain on hand to offer support with complex issues.
