Kipling House Barn opened in June 2021 following a two year conversion of a former granary. It is the perfect rural holiday retreat for large groups and comprises eight luxury ensuite bedrooms, living areas with panoramic views, a large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen and a walled, landscaped garden and courtyard area featuring a hot tub with garden views.

The barn, boasting 434m² of interior space and almost 350m2 of landscaped outdoor space is ideal for all ages, welcomes well behaved dogs and is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, Coast and Dales, the North Yorkshire Moors, East Yorkshire's picturesque towns and villages, the historic city of York and the former fishing port of Hull.

Kipling House Barn is based on a working farm with rare breed animals and is a haven for wildlife, including bats, buzzards, red kites, hares and hedgehogs.
