TREND Networks focuses on customer experience in North America
 
VP Sales – North America, Mike Grindele will assume additional responsibility for the Customer Service, Technical Support, and Repair & Calibration departments for TREND Networks, with a commitment to put customer experience at the heart of everything the company does. 
 
The new structure will ensure distributors and end users have access to the dependable equipment, data, and support they need. Grindele’s key area of focus will be on providing a frictionless point of contact and consistent high level of service through sales and order fulfilment to post-sales technical support and calibration.
 
“As part of our Depend On Us philosophy, we wanted to bring our service and support departments even closer together, enabling us to better provide the dependable support that we know our customers rely on to get the results they need, when they need them,” says Tim Widdershoven, Marketing Director for TREND Networks, global manufacturer and supplier of industry leading test equipment that makes cable, network, PoE, CCTV, bandwidth, and Industrial Ethernet jobs simpler.

Grindele, who resides in Texas, USA, brings decades of experience within the IT and test equipment field, having joined TREND Networks in 2020 after 19 years with Fluke Networks. With a focus on the customer experience, he will use his in-depth knowledge to lead a team in responding fast to customer needs. Alongside his new responsibilities, he will continue to head up an experienced department of sales personnel to cater to customers across North America.
