Last week, global research company JCMR confirmed that the VPS Group was one of a select group of companies that lead the market worldwide in providing construction site security systems.

The first VPS SmartTower CCTV system was brought to market in 2013, and since then they have transformed site security with a range of rapidly deployable, wireless CCTV systems to protect both assets and people on construction projects. VPS combine the field products with an accredited in-house national monitoring station. This service is staffed 24 hours per day, every day of the year by highly trained personnel.
But perhaps the most significant development in recent years has been the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in security systems, and consequently heralds a major disruptor to traditional manned guarding services.
