Bryan Emmerton is Foodservice Equipment Marketing’s new National Account Manager

 

“One of the best National Account Managers in the industry.”  That’s how Mike Inwood, Sales Director of FEM describes Bryan Emmerton, who has joined the company as of 1stFebruary 2021. 

 

Emmerton is a well-known and highly respected foodservice equipment professional who has spent 18 years in the industry.  Most recently he worked with Nisbets, where he was National Account Manager (NAM) for almosteightyears.  Career highlights before that include working with True Manufacturing, where he was Regional Sales Director, Standex International and ServEquip Ltd. 

 

“I am absolutely delighted that Bryan has agreed to join us,” says Inwood.  “I have worked on many projects with him in the past and know he is incredibly professional and takes a real pride in his work. He will be a huge asset to our business and I can’t wait for him to get into the job.” 

 

As well as managing the majority of FEM’s existing national accounts, Emmerton will be responsible for developing new relationships with multiple site operators. “FEMisalready strong in manyareas,” he says.  “I want to build on these existing relationships while exploring new opportunities as well.”

 

He adds, “These are undoubtedly tough times for the market but FEM has a great reputation for customer service, which, combined with the company’s passion for the industry, will be critical as we help operators through the pandemic and beyond.  That’s why I’m so excited to be joining Mikeand the FEM team.  It’s a company I’ve admired for many years, not only for its market-leading products and brands, but also its ethos and professionalism.” 

 

Emmerton is 45 years old, married with one daughter.  When he’s not working he enjoys sports, especially tennis and football, a varied selection of music, and (when possible)travel, both in the UK and overseas. 

 

What’s he looking forward to, once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted?  “Work-wise, it will be fantastic to be able to get out and visit customers face-to-face again,” he says. “On the personal front I really missed the family holiday abroad last year, although right now I’d settle for us being able to visit a pub or a restaurant!”
