BLANCO for a super healthy kitchen

"As we see kitchens becoming more functional, family-orientated spaces, there are trends emerging where clients are adding in multiple sinks; for example, a small prep sink on the island, with a boiling and cold filtered water tap, and then a larger "dirty" sink hidden away or at the back of the kitchen. I think this shows that people are thinking more about how they use the kitchen but also the aesthetic at the same time. We are also seeing an increasing demand for touchless sensor taps.  It's all about hygiene! Who knows what's next?"Charley Jones, Showroom Manager,Schmidt Wimbledon.https://www.home-design.schmidt/en-gb/shop-schmidt/0003000802-london-wimbledon

In the same week, aleading CAD software specialist has revealed that touchless taps, and food and waste storage solutions, are sectors "likely to grow significantly in a post-COVID 19 reality where hygiene is much higher on the consumer agenda and where homeowners will continue to shop less frequently."

The "hygiene" trend is escalating quickly and BLANCO has developed collections of taps, sinks and waste solutions which answer the new requirements of the modern household.

There is a huge variety of sinks in different sizes, bowl configurations and materials; some utilitarian, some as a focal point so all types of kitchen schemes and spaces can be accommodated. At the same time, the range of innovative smart taps is designed to save water and time while keeping the family clean and healthy. An example is theSOLENTA-S tap which features a hands-free or manual Start-Stop mode and is completely touchless.

The BLANCO UNIT (www.blanco.co.uk/blancounit) is one of the most recent innovations; it combines sinks, taps, in-cabinet waste and organisation systems into innovative and flexible solutions for modern, super-clean kitchen life. Sinks, taps and waste bins are the most frequently used items in the kitchen yet are often not given the consideration that they deserve. The BLANCO UNIT concept combines premium kitchen products as flexible packs so customers can choose items to suit their kitchen style, lifestyle and investment level.  All the prep, mess, water and waste is contained in the BLANCO UNIT.
