Glazewing Ltd Acquires Metal Contract Services Ltd to Strengthen its Contracted Metal Purchasing Base

Leading East Anglian total waste management contractor Glazewing Ltd has announced the acquisition of the business and assets of Metal Contract Services Ltd ("MCS") with immediate effect. MCS is a metal recycling business based near Norwich, established in 2007 by Phillip Wright, Paul Biggs and Simon Graver. The company has grown substantially with established long term relationships with important regional and national customers.

Phillip Wright joins Glazewing as Managing Director with responsibility for all group operations with immediate effect. Mr. Wright has 28 years experience within the scrap metal industry previously as Group Commercial Director of Easco Group and Managing Director of ESS Recycling UK Limited in Northampton.
