Drag Queen on Strictly 2020

Hard on the stiletto heels of Michelle Visage's shocking exit from this year's show, following a worthy attempt to broaden awareness for her beloved LGBTQ community, and even more controversially pro dancers Johannes Radebe and Graziano di Prima dancing together, where do the BBC take the show now?

Their constant efforts to change attitudes and remain current has resulted in supporting the causes of the mature, disabled, racially diverse and even ... instagrammers!

Could the BBC now be ready for same sex couples or even drag queens...???

Rumours circulating from Elstree to Old Compton Street have unearthed a very unlikely coupling, renowned drag act La Voix has been spotted at DSI at the weekend with the costume design teams for Strictly, and then dancing on the red carpet with Gary Edwards - the30 x Ballroom and Latin Champion at Dancing for Heroes, hotly pursued by Peter Andre and his son Junior.

A source said: "La Voix may not be just advising on same sex couples but might actually be in early talks with the BBC about appearing in next year's show."

On Saturday, Gary Edwards who was once tipped to replace Len Goodman on Strictly Come Dancing and presented on the All Access edition of Dancing with the Stars, seemed to be intent on polishing up her Paso Doble."

La Voix's effortless vocal performances are interspersed with a razor-sharp wit which brings audiences to their feet time and time again. As Jennifer Saunders once cautioned: "Wear thick pants because you'll wet yourself laughing" while Broadway Baby wrote: "La Voix's patter is lightning fast and stomach-punchingly funny." The BBC have been reported as saying: "Strictly Come Dancing is an
inclusive show and is proud to have been able to facilitate the dance between same sex couples, they are dancers first and foremost, and their sex should have no bearing on their routine."

The diva barely has time to dust herself from her recent sell out tour, before she launches into her 2020 performance extravaganza, titled, 'The UK's Funniest Red Head.'
