SterlingOSB Zero star of the store
The new Sherborne branch ofBradfords Building Supplieshas designed its interiors to produce a concept store which featuresSterlingOSB Zero. The Bradfords' team wanted to create visuals that would showcase 250 years of Bradfords heritage in this flagship development; for this SterlingOSB Zero was the ideal choice. Not only is Norbord's panelling super trendy, it also boasts inherent strength and is a practical canvas for further signage. Visitors to the merchant can see SterlingOSB Zero across the trade counter, panel walls, corner boxings and signage throughout the store.
The complete re-fit was carried out by a localspecialist in interior design and fit-out. The initial brief from Bradfords was to create a stripped-back store with the fabric of the building on display as much as possible. Donal Ryan, Head of Operational Improvement at Bradfords, suggested using SterlingOSB Zero on the trade counter and the rest of the design developed from there.
Donal Ryan explains, "SterlingOSB Zero has a fantastic look and feel. We've used one of our best-selling core products throughout the store and it adds a modern touch; it represents who we are as a builders' merchants. The material is great to work with and we are looking at working with Norbord's products again in what will be our 43rdbranch in Helston, Cornwall."
