September 2019- In a meeting and finding yourself staring out of the window, your mind wandering?  Recognising the challenges faced by businesses today, with a wealth of distractions threatening to take team members' focus and concentration away from the task at hand,Tewkesbury Park's new Health & Wellbeing Experience has been designed to improve your team's state of mind, ability to focus, and general wellbeing. 

A skilled practitioner will help delegates explore mindfulness through music, movement, listening, talking, meditating, muscle-relaxation and mind-body association.  Each mindfulness session is bespoke, tailored to suit your team and what they need in order to be more mindful. Module examples include;Breathing Work- using the power of controlled breathing to manage stress and tension;Mind-body Association- discovering how thoughts can impact on your wellbeing, and how you feel and behave;Meditation- relaxing and focussing on strengths, boosting confidence, being optimistic and having a more positive outlook;Body Scanning- becoming aware of bodily aches and pains, and discovering how to ease them, andMindful Eating- learning principles that can easily be adopted at lunchtime to ensure you eat well.

TheHealth & Well-Being Experience is a three-hour mindfulness session and is priced at £202.50 + VAT per person.

Theexperience canbe booked separately, or  as part of a 24-hour delegate package that includes the following:

• Half-day meeting in the Duke of Gloucester Suite, including stationery; still & sparkling mineral water; fruit bowl; AV equipment, complimentary newspapers.
• Morning and mid-morning refreshments with tea, coffee, Danish pastries and home-made shortbread
• Two-course buffet lunch served in Mint restaurant
