Transformation expert announced as second keynote speaker at Agile Business Conference 2019
After making it as a successful entrepreneur, Michael now delivers agile transformation as part of a £3 billion investment by Lloyds Banking Group in its staff and technology.
Michael, who has supported the transformation of a number of businesses from 5,000 to 300,000 employees, will be speaking on day two of the London conference which is co-hosted by the Agile Business Consortium and the Business Agility Institute and which will be examining the Case for Business Agility.
John Williams, CEO of the Agile Business Consortium, said: "Michael will be bringing his significant experience to attendees with lessons that will help them transform their organisations and careers."
Keynote speaker on the conference's first day is Lisa Smith, a global community influencer with more than 14 years' experience of influencing strategy for boards of directors, American corporate C-Suites and Fortune 100 companies.
The Agile Business Conference is the longest running agile conference in the world, with this year's being the 17thevent. It takes place on September 25thand 26th at 155 Bishopsgate, London.
It features real world case studies highlighting the importance of business agility from different perspectives, and a packed Agile Tools session offering a choice of 20 45-minute round tables on a huge range of topics and hosted by experts in their field.
